Dynea prioritises the health and safety of its employees, the local community and its customers in all activities. Our ISO 45001–certified management system ensures a safe and healthy workplace through robust procedures, training and continuous improvement. Everyone working on site completes mandatory HSE training, and we maintain strong emergency preparedness to effectively manage abnormal situations.

Our Employees Are Our Greatest Asset

The health and safety of our employees is always a top priority and we work actively to ensure that the working environment is fully safe. Our procedures, policies, certifications, trainings, and equipment are all in place to optimise the working environment and management.

Operational Safety Know-How That Supports Customers Facilities

Our commitment to workplace safety builds operational safety competence that extends beyond our own plants. The experience we gain from running safe, well‑controlled production environments allows us to support customers in improving safety in their own production lines; through product design and technical guidance that promote safer working conditions, stable processes, and fewer safety‑related disruptions.

ISO Certified Health and Safety Management

Our commitment to occupational health and safety has been recognised for decades and is ISO 45001 certified. The management system aims to improve employee safety, reduce workplace risks, and create safer working conditions overall. We recognise that this is an area of continuous improvement.

HSE Training

All employees, as well as non-employees, who are working at our production sites complete a mandatory safety course. Several work tasks at Dynea involve hazards and require special caution, and, in some cases, permits in accordance with regulatory or internal requirements.

Emergency Preparedness

Dynea Industrial Park maintains a strong emergency preparedness system to protect people, the environment, and the local community. Our trained emergency response team (Industrivern) works closely with Nedre Romerike Fire and Rescue Service, the police and ambulance services. Alarms are monitored 24/7, and warning systems are tested regularly. Preparedness is continuously improved through risk assessments, training, and audits in line with ISO standards and the Major Accident Regulations.
