Apprentices
Dynea employs apprentices from various fields of education annually. We see this as an important way of providing the young generations with valuable and practical experience for the competence of tomorrow. This is also a way for Dynea to recruit young workforce to be a part of our evolving businesses.
We foster good relationships with apprentices through mentorships, close follow-ups and predictable workdays.
Students
Dynea regularly partners with students and universities to collaborate on research and development. We have collaborated on master's theses and PhDs from universities in Norway and abroad.
We see these collaborations as a beneficial way of stimulating innovation in chemistry and wood-related industries. These collaborations raises the level of competence both internally and for students and universities.
