Our sustainability policy encompassed our vision and commitments to sustainable development, balancing environmental, social and governance across the value chain. The policy takes inspiration from the UN SDGs, the UNGC Principles, ILO Core Conventions, and industry sustainability leadership.

Our HSEQ Policy ensures quality management, worker safety, accident prevention, the health and safety of our customers, and our commitment to efficiently managing energy usage and reducing environmental impact. There are strict procedures in place to comply with the HSEQ Policy.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of everyone we work with. Our Privacy Policy describes how Dynea collects, uses, and safeguards personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

Our Code of Conduct sets the standard for ethical behavior and responsible decision-making across Dynea. It guides how we act as colleagues, partners, and members of the wider community — ensuring that integrity remains at the heart of our business.

We expect our partners to share our commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices. Our Supplier Code of Conduct outlines our expectations regarding human rights, working conditions, environmental performance, and fair business conduct throughout the value chain.

The ISO 9001 standard defines how we maintain consistent product quality and customer satisfaction. ISO 9001 supports a culture of continuous improvement and ensures that our processes meet both customer requirements and regulatory expectations.

ISO 14001 is a globally recognized standard for environmental management. The standard ensures that we systematically manage and reduce our environmental impact through monitoring resource use and emissions, minimizing waste, and continuously improving our environmental performance throughout the product life cycle.

The ISO 45001 standard provides a proactive framework for managing the health and safety of our employees. ISO 45001 helps us identify, control, and reduce workplace risks, maintain a strong safety culture, and promote the wellbeing of our employees and contractors.

The ISO 50001 standard supports Dynea in establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the energy management system. Efficiency in energy management is crucial to save costs and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Being ISCC PLUS certified in October 2025, Dynea can now import bio-based and circular raw materials, such as bio-methanol, and supply customers with a traceable, certified product.

Dynea’s Tank Cleaning Service is approved by Cefic through the SQAS (Safety & Quality Assessment for Sustainability) assessment. SQAS is a globally recognised assessment system developed by Cefic that evaluates safety, environmental performance, security, health, quality and corporate social responsibility for, among others, chemical distributors, supporting supply chain responsibility.
