Solid Wood Lamination/Panels
Solid wood laminated into panels are durable, versatile, and made from high-quality timber. They are produced as a decorative boards from one single layer of parallel wood slats or from three layers of solid wood, glued together perpendicularly to improve strength and dimensional stability. They are widely used in furnitures, claddings, facades, construction boards, floors, as well as in concrete shuttering boards or formwork panels.
In case of formwork panels, a coated surface ensures a smooth concrete finish and easy release after concrete curing. Their robust performance makes them a reliable and reusable solution for demanding building applications.

Pieces of solid wood being laminated together is an important mode of production for a variety of modern wood products such as table tops, furniture components, windows, doors or flooring applications. Wood and adhesive need to withstand the stringent demands of the specific operating range of the production process and the end products.
Dynea offers solutions for both interior and exterior use comprising urea adhesive (https://dynea.com/products/product-technology/urea/) systems with tailor-made hardeners, EPI adhesive (https://dynea.com/products/product-technology/emulsion-polymers/) systems and D2, D3 and D4 PVAc adhesives (https://dynea.com/products/product-technology/polyvinylacetate/).
We offer systems for hot and cold curing, as one component, mix-in or separate application systems. Our solutions comply with moisture resistance requirements according to EN 204/205, EN 12765 or EN 391 (http://www.en-standard.eu/), and emission standards according to JAS, CARB (Phase 2, ULEF, NAF) and European requirements.
