Dynea AS conducted a revamp feasibility study and made specific proposals for changes to the plant, including cost estimate and payback calculations. Dynea AS was awarded the contract for detail engineering together with partner Pörner (piping and electrical design).

Existing equipment was reused as much as possible. New operating conditions for the existing blowers were implemented, as well as a new column combining a selective absorption section, a vaporizer and filter. The existing absorber was revamped with new internals and packing and circulation pumps and heat exchangers were resized.

We are proud that the project targets were met within time and budget.
