Dynea has published its annual due diligence report under the Norwegian Transparency Act, describing how the company works to identify and address risks related to human rights and decent working conditions across its own operations and value chain.

Dynea has published its annual due diligence report under the Norwegian Transparency Act for the 2025 reporting period. The report outlines how the company works to identify, prevent and address potential adverse impacts on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in its own operations and throughout its value chain.

The assessment covers the Dynea Group, including the production sites in Lillestrøm and Kazincbarcika, as well as sales positions in Austria, Germany and Poland. It is based on a risk-based approach in line with the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and describes how responsible business conduct is integrated into the company’s governance, policies and daily operations.

The report highlights occupational health and safety as the most significant area in Dynea’s own operations, while supplier assessments identified elevated risk in selected countries and sectors. During the reporting period, Dynea did not identify any breaches of human rights or violations of decent working conditions in its own operations.
