Dynea grants a non-exclusive license to use the intellectual property to apply the Dynea batch reactor design for the production of resins, different arrangements are possible. We can deliver a complete resin batch reactor tailor made for your requirements; the design is based on more than 50 years of operational experience and design and we have delivered more than 50 batch reactors to different parts of the world. 

 

Dynea also offers the simulation tools for both UF (urea-formaldehyde) resins, UF Visualizer, and for PF (phenol-formaldehyde) resins, PhenolSim for sale. The simulators estimate the chemical composition and thermal response during the batch process dependent on raw material charges and process conditions.

Both simulators have been used as kernels for model predictive control (MPC) to control the temperature and charges in the resin batch process with success.
