Melamine-Urea-Phenol-Formaldehyde (MUPF) resins

MUPF resins are a condensation product of Melamine, Urea, Phenol, and Formaldehyde. These resins are used in weather resistible Particleboard (PB) and Oriented Strand Board (OSB). Particleboards produced with MUPF resins can fulfill EN 312-5 and EN 312-7 (humid conditions). With Dynea’s certified MUPF resins, boards according V-100 and V-100G (IfBT Berlin, approval Z9,1-134) can be produced.

OSB boards fulfilling EN 300 OSB 3 and OSB 4 requirements can be produced with Dynea’s MUPF resin systems.
