Dynea is preparing for REACH
The new European Chemicals regulation on Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals – REACH.
Many of Dynea's resins are polymers according to REACH definitions and are thus exempt from registration. However, we have followed a precautious principle by pre-registering also any borderline resin groups to ensure compliance with REACH.
In Dynea, we are well aware of our responsibilities within the REACH process and committed to meeting our legal obligations. We are preparing for REACH internally while also working closely with relevant industry councils such as CEFIC, EPRA and the CEFIC sector group FormaCare.
