Dynea increases resins capacity in Hungary

Dynea, a leading provider of adhesion and surfacing solutions, has increased the resins capacity at its Hungarian plant Dynea Hungary Kft., in Kazincbarcika. The Dynea plant produces high value adhesive solutions to the wood working industry in Hungary and neighbouring countries.

The plant has been upgraded with the installation of a new resin reactor as well as a new production control system. With the new reactor and improved efficiency, the plant’s annual capacity is nearly doubled.

“The increase in capacity is very welcome,” says plant manager Attila Ludanyi, “We have been steadily growing in recent years and now Dynea Hungary can serve its customers more efficiently than ever.”

The inauguration of the new production unit on January 22 was celebrated together with national and local authorities, customers, suppliers, cooperating companies and Dynea management and employees.

“Investing in the plant in Kazincbarcika is part of our strategy to grow in Eastern Europe. Our customers are growing and have need for our high quality adhesive solutions and services in this region. Therefore we want to be close to them and their customer markets,” says Roger Carlstedt, President and CEO of Dynea. “Dynea’s investment in state-of-the-art technology in Hungary is a strong statement of Dynea’s long term commitment to customers across the region.”
