The members of Dynea Group Management are Roger Carlstedt,
President and CEO; Filip Frankenhaeuser, Executive
Vice President and CFO; Tom Vestli, Executive
Vice President and Nina Kopola, Executive Vice
President.
Mr Roger Carlstedt, President and Chief Executive Officer, born
August 17, 1950. Mr. Carlstedt joined Dynea in November 2003.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Carlstedt held various executive
positions within ABB. From 2001 to 2003 he held the position
of Business Area Manager for ABB Utilities AB, while between
1999 and 2001 he acted as President of ABB High Voltage Cables
and between 1993 and 1998 as President of ABB Switchgear AB.
Mr. Carlstedt graduated from Lund University of Technology, Sweden,
in 1976 with a M.Sc. in Electro Technique and in 1970 from Ebersteinska
Skolan, Norrköping, Sweden, with a Bachelor of Science.
Mr Filip Frankenhaeuser, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer, born February 12, 1951. Mr. Frankenhaeuser joined Dynea
in March 2000. Prior to joining Dynea, Mr. Frankenhaeuser held
various international financial positions, including Finance Director
of Euroheat AB from 1983 to 1988 and Group Financial Controller
of the Amer Group in 1988 and 1989. Between 1989 and 1999, Mr.
Frankenhaeuser worked for Cultor Oyj, the international food and
food Ingredients Company, where he held the position of CFO (1991-1998).
Mr. Frankenhaeuser holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the Swedish
School of Economics, Helsinki (1980).
Mr Tom Vestli, Executive Vice President, born October 26, 1949.
Mr. Vestli joined Dyno in 1975 as a Project Engineer. After holding
various positions within the firm he became Regional Vice President,
Chemicals Group responsible for Asia Pacific in 1993 and for Europe
in 1997. Mr. Vestli’s latest position was Senior Vice President,
Panel Board Resins, Europe. Mr. Vestli holds a M.Sc. in Chemical
Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (1974).
Ms Nina Kopola, Executive Vice President, born January 13, 1960.
She joined Neste Chemicals in 1991 as a Research Engineer, and
held several positions in R&D. In 2000, Ms Kopola joined Dynea's
head office team first as a Business Analysis Manager, then as
a Controller in Group Finance. After working in the Industrial
Resins business line as a Marketing Manager, Ms Kopola joined the
Global Market Applications team upon its formation in 2005 as Group
Vice President, Marketing. As of September 1, 2006, Ms Kopola is
responsible for the Global Market Applications function. Ms Kopola
holds a Technology Licentiate degree (1989) from Åbo Akademi,
Finland.
