Mr. Roger Carlstedt, President and Chief Executive Officer, born
August 17, 1950. Mr. Carlstedt joined Dynea in November 2003.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Carlstedt held various executive
positions within ABB. From 2001 to 2003 he held the position
of Business Area Manager for ABB Utilities AB, while between
1999 and 2001 he acted as President of ABB High Voltage Cables
and between 1993 and 1998 as President of ABB Switchgear AB.
Mr. Carlstedt graduated from Lund University of Technology, Sweden,
in 1976 with a M.Sc. in Electro Technique and in 1970 from Ebersteinska
Skolan, Norrköping, Sweden, with a Bachelor of Science.
Mr. Ilpo Koivisto, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, born March 12, 1960. Mr. Koivisto joined Dynea in July 2000. Prior to joining Dynea, Mr. Koivisto held several financial and logistic positions with Cultor Oyj. At Dynea Mr. Koivisto has held the positions of Group Controller and Vice President, Finance, North America. Mr. Koivisto’s most recent position was Senior Vice President, Finance, Europe. Mr. Koivisto holds a M.A. with a major in Economics and Accounting from Tampere University.
Ms Nina Kopola, Executive Vice President, born January 13, 1960.
She joined Neste Chemicals in 1991 as a Research Engineer, and
held several positions in R&D. In 2000, Ms Kopola joined Dynea's
head office team first as a Business Analysis Manager, then as
a Controller in Group Finance. After working in the Industrial
Resins business line as a Marketing Manager, Ms Kopola joined the
Global Market Applications team upon its formation in 2005 as Group
Vice President, Marketing and became Executive Vice President, Market Applications in 2006. Ms Kopola
holds a Technology Licentiate degree from Åbo Akademi,
Finland.
Mr. Per Haga, Executive Vice President, born January 23, 1959. Mr. Haga joined Dyno Industrier in August 1983. During his time with Dyno Mr. Haga held various international management and commercial positions, both in Europe and North America. Mr. Haga’s latest position was Senior Vice President Wood and Specialty Adhesives, Dynea Group. He is currently responsible for the region Asia Pacific. Mr. Haga holds a M.Sc. from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
Mr. Sigve Sporstøl, Executive Vice President, born October 30, 1956. Mr. Sporstøl joined the company in 1988 as R&D Manager, and has later had the business responsibility both for Wood & Specialty Adhesives Europe and for Europe North. He has also been responsible for Market Applications Europe and is now heading Global Market Applications. Mr. Sporstøl holds a M.Sc in Chemistry from the University of Bergen, Norway.
